| The IMS Emergency Response department is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We provide spill response services for spills of materials including petroleum products, hazardous materials, bulk products, and industrial materials. We provide our services on land and on water to local, state, and federal government entities, as well as commercial and industrial clients. We provide emergency response and spill clean up services to transportation companies, including over the road and railroad companies, as well as ship and barge transportation companies. IMS specializes in complicated response scenarios and has participated in some of the Nations most visible tragedies-including responding to the largest tire fire ever contained in the United States. In addition, we have responded to the sites of aircraft accidents and participated in the salvage operations. |
| To support our emergency response activities we handle disposal of recovered materials. IMS is an EPA registered hazardous materials transporter. We routinely consult with our clients and assist in arranging disposal in accordance with all RCRA, DOT, and state regulations. |
