MS provides Environmental Consulting and Remediation Contracting services to clients ranging from the Federal government to commercial and industrial clients. We are well versed in the assessment of contaminated properties and have performed thousands of assessments. To ensure cost effectiveness and accuracy we use our own Mobile brand drill rigs to assist us in the assessment (and remediation) of contaminated properties. We install monitoring and extraction wells ranging from 2" up to 8" in diameter and rely on the services of our own Geoprobe brand direct push sampler for fast, inexpensive contamination assessment. In addition to environmental consulting, IMS designs, installs, operates, and maintains soil and groundwater remediation systems ranging from pump and treat, to soil vapor extraction, to complex and state of the art remediation systems such as iron filings walls. We have treated soil and groundwater contaminants with products ranging from petroleum to heavy metals, to PCBs. IMS' geologists and engineers are proficient at dealing with all aspects of petroleum storage tanks-from initial assessment to removing the tanks and remediation of the site. We have an enviable record of achieving case closures rapidly and inexpensively. We also provide services related to the transfer of ownership of commercial properties. IMS has performed hundreds of Phase I, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments for major commercial Real Estate companies, banks, savings and loan associations, private investors, as well as local and federal government agencies. We adhere to all ASTM standards pertaining to ESA's and utilize the latest computer databases to compile our reports. |
