Employees
IMS has a staff of over one hundred 40-hour Hazardous Waste Site clean up trained technicians along with trained managers, engineers, environmental scientists, and environmental geologists on staff to accomplish the various tasks ordered.
IMS feels very strongly that our people are our most important asset. As such, we are well staffed by a variety of professionals including geologists, hydrogeologist, engineers, and environmental scientists. Several of our staff professionals hold advanced degrees and professional certifications and maintain active memberships with professional organizations. In addition, our support personnel include highly trained hydrogeologic technicians and certified National Ground Water Association (NGWA) well drillers. IMS requires that these employees undergo comprehensive training including a 40 hour program in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120. This training prepares employees in the areas of recognizing site hazards and utilizing personnel protective equipment so that any unexpected site condition can be readily mitigated.
